- 1/2 cup blackberries and raspberries
- 5 medium strawberries
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 6 oz nonfat Greek yogurt
- few drops of liquid stevia for sweetness (Recommend: NuNaturals)
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with a straw.

Hi everyone, sorry I haven’t been on here in what seems like a while…..has been a week but for some reason it feels like so much longer when you’re used to posting every day…anyways….
I have had a busy few weeks & I have the best news ever…
I AM PREGNANT!!!!!
My fiance & I are over the moon & so are all of our close friends & family! It’s such an exciting journey ahead & we have been really busy!
Have been doing well with the healthy eating, honestly have had quite a few cravings & given in to them..
cookies & brownies with ice cream, oops hehe.
(it’s not an every day thing, just every other day….just kidding hehe)
I am exercising still & drinking lots of water & eating lots of veggies & fruits so all in all I think i’m doing good!
Just exhausted a lot, but this will soon go away after the first trimester!
